Boston is breathtaking at night. At the top of the Prudential building is the ‘Skywalk’, from which you can look around the full 360 degrees. The tall building in this picture is 111 Huntingdon Avenue, affectionately called ‘R2-D2’.
Taking good photos at the top was pretty challenging, since I didn’t have a tripod, and the glass reflects all of the light from inside the room, especially as it gets dark. This was one of the better shots, but it still needed some sharpening and colour enhancement.

Hello Michael,
Wow, the view from the Prudential of the building you know as R2-D2 is enough to bring on an attack of vertigo, how high up were you? If you ever tire of research I’m sure you can have another career in photography, you certainly have a talent for it. We hope that you enjoy Mum and Dad’s visit in a few days time.
